Job Summary Pharmaceutical Client is looking for 3 skilled Scrum Master to facilitate and guide agile practices across our teams. This role will focus on collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver high-quality, value-driven products in a timely and efficient manner. 85-90% of the role will be pure Scrum responsibilities, 10-15% will be Project Management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Act as a servant-leader for agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Shield teams from external distractions and obstacles that could impede progress. Assist in tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders. Support Product Owners in defining clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Promote agile best practices and principles across the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
