Responsibilities:

A D365 Retail Support Engineer provides technical assistance for retail systems, ensuring smooth operation of
hardware, software, and network components. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with retail applications, point-of-sale systems, and related
hardware/software.

Customer Interaction: Provide professional communication and training to users on product usage and issue resolution.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery, conduct root cause analysis, and
implement fixes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, create knowledge base articles, and support testing
environments.

.Knowledge of D365 F&O is a must.
