Role: Certinia Salesforce Resource Management Support Consultant Duration: 12 Months Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resource Management Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support and maintenance for the Resource Management module, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of resource management processes and strong technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Support: Offer helpdesk support to address user queries and issues related to the Resource Management module. System Monitoring: Implement and manage continuous monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively. Regular Updates and Maintenance: Apply regular updates, patches, and perform system health checks to ensure the module remains secure and efficient. Performance Optimization: Conduct periodic performance reviews and optimizations to enhance system efficiency. User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and maintain up-to-date documentation. Integration Support: Assist in the integration of the Resource Management module with other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless operation. Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supporting and maintaining resource management systems, preferably Certinia. Experience with Salesforce platform and Sales Cloud integration is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in system monitoring tools and techniques. Knowledge of applying updates and patches to software systems. Familiarity with Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
