Role: MicroSoft Power Automate RPA Programmer Analyst Location: 100% Remote Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience is required. Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Automate RPA Programmer Analyst to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to enhance business processes. The candidate will also support the Citizen Development Program, empowering business users to leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint for their unique challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions. Support and manage the Citizen Development Program by providing training, guidance, and governance for business users utilizing Power Platform tools. Collaborate across departments to align automation solutions with organizational goals. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform. Qualifications: 15 years of experience in business process automation, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, SharePoint, and related tools. Proven experience managing citizen development or similar programs. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and training skills. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Experience managing multiple projects and building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
