This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customizations and integrations for the IBM Cram platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cram development and a passion for creating innovative solutions in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. Responsibilities Technical Design and Development : Design and implement Cram extensions, configurations, and interfaces. Develop and test high-quality customizations within Cram environments. Analyze and debug code to resolve errors and enhance performance. Collaboration and Mentorship : Work closely with business analysts and other developers to ensure solutions meet user needs. Participate in software design discussions and provide technical guidance. Mentor junior programmers on best practices, coding standards, and design techniques. Integration and Maintenance : Leverage technologies such as Web Services, EJB, and messaging systems for seamless integration. Work with n-tier web-based applications and ensure system interdependencies are well-managed. Problem-Solving and Analysis : Apply logical reasoning to synthesize complex information and provide sound technical solutions. Revise and enhance applications based on user requirements and project goals. Qualifications Technical Expertise : 57 years of experience with development, testing, and implementation in Cram environments. Expertise in Cram rules development. Strong experience with DB2 and SQL. Knowledge of J2EE architecture and related technologies. Familiarity with Unix, Scripting, Ant Script, JavaScript, XML/XSD, and source code management tools (e.g., Git or Subversion). System Integration Knowledge : Experience with Web Services, EJB, and messaging technologies. Proven ability to work with large-scale, interdependent enterprise systems. Soft Skills : A collaborative and team-oriented approach. Strong ethical foundation and commitment to accountability. Willingness to mentor and contribute to the success of the team. Additional Information Work Environment : Flexible, with hybrid work schedules. Compensation : Contract rate is negotiable and aligned with full-time salary expectations.
