Salesforce Lead Engineer Remote Contract Description Required Qualifications: Salesforce Configuration Customize page layouts, fields, and objects Implement Flows, validation rules, and approval processes for automation Data Loading and Integration to Salesforce Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development Integration with Backend Systems Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems Training & Documentation Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation to facilitate adoption and ongoing support Consulting Services Assist in the selection and procurement of relevant third-party apps from the Salesforce AppExchange. Install, configure, and customize chosen apps to meet specific requirements Examples: Conga Composer, AdobeSign, EzProtect Requirements Gathering, Scoping, & High-Level Deliverables Process & User Story Documentation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
