Job Description:

Develop system requirements to automate the inventory, assign/design, and activation of packet and IP services. 
    Create detailed system interface specifications including message schemas (e.g. XML) utilizing AT&T standards to document the message structure, required data elements, and conditional and optional data elements. 
    Create detailed network integration specifications outlining specific message parameters that must be utilized in the communication with the element. 
    Develop software in accordance with the system requirements specifications to perform the desired function. 
    This software will include integration and interface software, core application code or network integration software. 
    Document all software in accordance with AT&T standards. 
    Perform unit test functions for all developed software in accordance with AT&T standards Provide development support to the application and solution test organizations as necessary to certify a product release. 
    Learn the current approach to testing and get an overall understanding of not only the AT&T software but the actual AT&T network that need to be tested to: 
o    Define how much can be automated and how much would need to continue to be manual and determine the tool that will be needed in the development of the test scripts. 
o    Overall management of the automation effort. 
o    Perform certain knowledge transfer functions related to the industry experience that Supplier resources have developed.
o    Develop and document test plan, test case, and test result deliverables based on the project priorities. 
o    Assist AT&T to become self-sufficient with the industry standard methods and procedures to avoid the common mistakes and limit the dependence on application vendors..
