This role is responsible for optimizing MS Dynamics candidates must have experience with optimizing and integrating backend systems (like ERP) to support business and data management functions. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements to align CRM (MS Dynamics) enhancements with company goals. Analyze and map current and future business processes to improve CRM workflows. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. Enable seamless CRM-ERP integration to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. Lead data cleanup initiatives to enhance account data quality. Ensure project alignment with business objectives for successful implementation.
