Position Overview: As a Migration Specialist at DXC Technology, you will lead migration efforts from MatrixOne to Siemens Team Center. Your role will focus on analyzing existing systems and data, identifying challenges, and crafting migration strategies that ensure a seamless and high-quality transition to Team Center. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, project leads, and stakeholders, ensuring the migration meets all project timelines and delivers top-tier data quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead migration activities from MatrixOne to Team Center, ensuring a smooth transition. Analyze existing systems, data, and processes to identify migration opportunities and challenges. Develop and implement comprehensive migration strategies to move data from MatrixOne to Team Center. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering customers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure successful migration. Perform root cause analysis, resolve issues, and propose process improvements to enhance data quality and system performance. Work closely with project leads and other teams to manage risk and meet project timeframes. Deliver high-quality migrated data and ensure all technical and business requirements are met. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: MatrixOne to Team Center Migration Experience: Experience migrating data between MatrixOne and Siemens Team Center is a must. System Administrator Skills: Proficient in system administration and handling migration tasks. Programming Expertise: Strong experience with Java, C++, Fortran, Perl, scripting, Visual Studio, and GitHub. OS Proficiency: Comfortable working with both Linux and Windows environments. Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of CAD design applications and analytical geometry constructs. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand their needs, and resolve technical issues. Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Educational Qualification: BS Degree or equivalent. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills: MatrixOne and Siemens Team Center Expertise: Ideal candidates will have experience with both MatrixOne and Team Center platforms.
