Please find the job details below: Job Title: Redpoint Consultant Location: Malvern, PA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Redpoint Interaction (RPI), cloud technologies, and customer data platforms to drive our marketing automation and data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Redpoint tools, along with a strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructures and data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience with Redpoint Interaction (RPI) and other Redpoint Global tools. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with experience in cloud-based data solutions. Proficiency in designing and developing customer engagement workflows and marketing automation processes. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating data from multiple sources. Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), data pipelines, and real-time analytics. Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL/ELT processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
