Proficiency in programming languages like Node.js, Python, or JavaScript for developing Alexa skills. Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language understanding (NLU), and voice interface design. Ability to guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and architecture. Experience leading teams or working in a senior technical role. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical challenges during development and deployment. Ability to optimize Alexa skills for performance, scalability, and security. Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development workflows. Knowledge of Alexa certification processes and requirements, including creating skills that adhere to Amazons certification standards. Familiarity with technical documentation best practices.
