Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise for Salesforce and SaaS architecture design.
Manage and configure business workflows, data integration, and SQL operations.
Design, build, test, and deploy application configuration changes using Salesforces Copado DevOps platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system changes, creating detailed design specifications, user requirements, and integration specifications.
Maintain excellent documentation practices, including installation procedures and development summary reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, enhance processes, and support biotech, pharma, or CRO (Contract Research Organization) clients.
Top 3 Skill Sets:
Salesforce Development & Support with hands-on experience in configuration, Copado DevOps, and SaaS architecture.
SQL & Data Integration expertise for supporting business workflows.
Strong documentation and analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of technical support experience in Salesforce and SaaS architecture, with exposure to biotech, pharma, or CRO industries.
Education/Certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Salesforce configuration and Copado DevOps platform.
MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
SQL and data integration processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
