Job Title Workday Solution Architect with Workday Extend Location Remote USA Job Type Contract C2C Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect with both technical expertise and managerial experience to lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workdays functionality, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday solutions across various modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.) Provide strategic guidance on system architecture, integration, and data flows. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. Mentor and manage a team of Workday functional and technical experts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect, with hands-on experience in multiple Workday modules. Strong technical skills in Workday integrations, security, and data management. Previous experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
