The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of funds within the securities domain, enabling them to effectively optimize investment processes, manage data integration, and enhance portfolio management, risk analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Aladdin Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on the BlackRock Aladdin platform, including its functionalities for risk management, portfolio construction, and trade execution. Customize and optimize the Aladdin suite to meet business and investment management requirements. Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate, process, and transform financial data from diverse sources. Ensure the data pipelines support seamless ingestion, validation, and transformation for downstream applications. Data Modeling: Develop robust data models to organize, analyze, and visualize financial data effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to design data structures that align with business needs and optimize platform performance. Integration & Automation: Lead efforts to integrate the Aladdin platform with internal systems and external data sources. Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in data processes. Securities Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of funds in the securities domain to ensure data accuracy and relevance for portfolio analysis and reporting. Provide insights on securities operations, fund structures, and related financial instruments to enhance business processes. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with investment teams, risk managers, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues within the Aladdin ecosystem, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Dataiku Implementation Specialist with expertise in Python programming and data engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Dataiku workflows, collaborating with data science and engineering teams, and ensuring the efficient deployment of machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Dataiku Platform Expertise: Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Dataiku platform to support business needs. Develop workflows for data integration, transformation, and preparation using Dataikus tools. Data Engineering & Analysis: Leverage Python, SQL, and other tools to perform complex data manipulations, cleaning, and analysis. Design and manage data pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance. Machine Learning Support: Assist in deploying and managing machine learning models within Dataiku in a collaborative environment. Optimize model performance and workflows to align with business objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and support to teams to maximize the value of the Dataiku platform. Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges related to data workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in Dataiku. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and integration. Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques. Familiarity with R is a plus. Data Management: Expertise in data preparation, transformation, and integration processes. Machine Learning: Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in collaborative and production environments. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
