In this role, youll be the guardian of our systems' health, ensuring that our Platform and infrastructure is resilient, secure, and always available. You'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems that keep our services running smoothly, even in the face of unforeseen challenges. What youll do Ensure High Availability: Design and implement systems that are fault-tolerant, highly available, and scalable. Youll be the one who makes sure our services are always up and running. Automate Everything: Develop automation tools that reduce manual effort and streamline processes, from deployments to incident management. You believe in automating repetitive tasks to focus on what truly matters. Monitor & Respond: Proactively monitor the health of our systems, identify potential issues before they become problems, and respond quickly to incidents when they occur. Your ability to troubleshoot in high-pressure situations will be crucial. Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Youll work closely with development teams to optimize code and infrastructure for better efficiency and speed. Collaborate & Educate: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of reliability. Youll share your knowledge and help others build more reliable systems. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest technologies and best practices in site reliability engineering.
