Field service experience or service cloud 4 (They will learn field service on the job) Working for Salesforce for field service and case management workstreams 5+ years of experience ideally ECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope): Environment Field Service Lightning Case Management Project Large Customer Service systems overhaul Reverse engineering an old legacy system they have and recreating the functionality in Salesforce Supporting Salesforce Field Service and Case Management, primarily Field Service Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance the customer service application. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques. Understanding of security and compliance best practices in Salesforce.
