The ideal candidate will have expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems and risk management tools. This role is fully remote but requires working in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Candidates must have a financial services background and be available for immediate interviews. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Work with stakeholders to ensure GRC systems and risk management tools are aligned with business needs. Conduct data analysis to support risk management initiatives. Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track compliance and risk metrics. Provide recommendations for system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the successful implementation of new tools and processes. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on GRC systems and risk management tools. Proven experience working in the financial services sector . Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment supporting the EST time zone.
