Role- Technical Program Manager Location- Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid role 4 Days Onsite) No H1B Technical Program Manager III to support the Xfinity app, specifically in activating new devices and Xfinity mobile services. The app allows subscribers to manage wireless aspects of their service and facilitates the development of new features (such as call blocking). This role requires collaboration with product teams, engineering, and leadership to ensure smooth delivery of the product as a service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and leadership to drive delivery of new features for the Xfinity mobile service app Coordinate scheduling and delivery timelines across teams Lead weekly program calls and provide status updates Identify and manage risks and issues, collaborating with teams to find resolutions Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and progress is tracked effectively Engage with technical issues, requiring a strong understanding of software development and wireless service concepts Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of program management experience, with a focus on software development Strong technical background, with an understanding of concepts like firmware, SIM cards, and wireless services (but not coding or development) Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a must Smartsheet experience is a plus Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, proactive approach Experience working in a software development environment, particularly related to mobile services or wireless applications This role is not a Scrum Master position, but rather a hands-on, technical program manager who can engage with engineers and lead through technical challenges.
