Collaborating with Business and IT teams to discover and identify APIs, document requirements for APIs and API consumers, develop test cases for automated test suites, and create documentation. Gathering, developing, coordinating, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and/or systems from the initial phase to final implementation, ensuring that requirements meet standards and that production systems/programs/applications are maintained. Troubleshooting, coordinating, and maintaining production systems/programs/applications, assisting in the maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking. Providing efficient project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle where applicable. Working with the application support and development team to fix software bugs and address escalated issues. Facilitating and participating in regular project status reviews. Converting high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable development. Creating and maintaining the product backlog. Conducting planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints. Engaging directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project. Ensuring product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle. Developing communication materials and leading communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps. Attending and leading design sessions with the product team.
