This role combines technical expertise, system analysis, and architectural oversight to resolve complex challenges and ensure platform stability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production support for Salesforce instances, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system enhancement Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security compliance Develop solutions for business requirements Manage release deployments and change management processes Monitor system performance and stability Lead production support and deployments Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce errors.
