Document and communicate business needs to technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture business processes and requirements. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business efficiency. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Support the testing phase by validating that the developed solutions meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to business users as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including key processes and terminology. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Local to New Jersey, as the final round of interviews will be conducted in person.
