Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. Thought leadership and best practices for SailPoint implementations and change management. Facilitate training and KT Collaborate with internal teams to assess and analyze current workflows and processes related to SailPoint. Work directly with SailPoint vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements. Identify opportunities to simply architecture as well as workflows to enhance user experience and enable rapid innovation in workforce IAM Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a focus on SailPoint. Strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA) processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to create optimized solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to solution development. Hands on experience debugging platform issues related to scalability & reliability Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications in SailPoint or related identity management solutions. Track record of successful project delivery and measurable outcomes in SailPoint environments.
