Role: Tech Lead - Production Support Job Type: C2C/W2 Contract Location: 1 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ (onsite) Duration: Long term contract 8+ years of experience required Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our production support and maintenance team. This role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies, application support, and ITIL practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage regular production support activities (tickets, monitoring, incident resolution, and request handling). Use ITSM support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Cloud) for incident and ticket management. Monitor and maintain the health of applications in production, ensuring high availability. Troubleshoot application-related incidents and resolve them in a timely manner. Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using technologies such as MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, jQuery, Ajax, XML, and Entity Framework. Work with .NET Framework (4.0, 5.0) and .NET Core for application development and support. Manage and schedule jobs using Control-M. Provide end-user support, assist with troubleshooting via screen sharing, and resolve application-related issues. Ensure compliance with support metrics and SLAs, handling priority incidents effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in production support, design, development, testing, and development. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, jQuery, Ajax, XML, .NET Web Forms, Entity Framework, and Stored Procedures. Strong knowledge of .NET Framework (4.0 and 5.0) and .NET Core. Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Cloud) for incident management. Solid understanding of ITIL concepts, processes, and best practices. Proven experience in L1, L2, and L3 support in production environments. Expertise in application monitoring and troubleshooting production issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience interacting with end users and providing support through screen sharing. Ability to prioritise issues and handle high-priority incidents in production. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch job management. Strong ability to work with cross functional teams and external clients to resolve production issues. Additional Skills & Traits: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
