The candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and cloud management to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Automate the provisioning and configuration of AWS resources. CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Ensure seamless deployment processes for both application and infrastructure updates. AWS Cloud Management: Manage and optimize AWS resources such as EC2, S3, EKS, RDS, and Lambda. Implement cost optimization strategies and monitor cloud usage. Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Implement logging and alerting systems to ensure application and infrastructure health. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and data encryption. Perform regular security audits and compliance checks. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline development and deployment workflows. Provide support for resolving issues in production and staging environments. Performance Optimization: Optimize application and infrastructure performance through scaling, load balancing, and caching strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: AWS Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM). DevOps Tools: Proficiency in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. IaC Tools: Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar. CI/CD: Experience in building and managing pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline. Scripting: Proficiency in Python, scripting, or Bash for automation. Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of container orchestration with EKS or Kubernetes. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Familiarity with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda. Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, load balancers, and firewalls. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
