Role: Golang Lead Engineer (On-site) Location: Phoenix, AZ Contract Rate: $55-60/Hr We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Golang Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on troubleshooting, analyzing shield anomalies, and taking corrective actions using the Reparo tool. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate logs and code to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Golang Engineer, with a strong focus on backend development. Expertise in troubleshooting and analysis, including navigating logs and code to identify issues. Experience with Java, REST APIs, Kafka, and relational/non-relational databases. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Good to have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
