Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Develop and implement Symantec PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and access. Configuration and Management: Configure and manage PAM tools, including credential vaulting, session management, and access controls. Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor privileged access activities and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents related to privileged access and provide timely resolutions. Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems and applications. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of PAM configurations, processes, and procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and administrators on PAM best practices and usage. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Privileged Access Management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Symantec PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, and management. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Symantec-specific certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
