From: Paul, Rwaltz [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ROLE: CDP ARCHITECT Location: Bay Area, CA(EST and PST work) Duration: Long Term This role involves leading the design and development of scalable and robust customer data solutions that drive , Customer 360 view , personalized customer experiences and informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, backend architecture, and a strong background in customer data integration, management, and activation. Someone who has experience in composable CDP architecture implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable customer data platform architectures. Collaborate with Engineers, marketers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the CDP with business objectives. Implement robust data pipelines , APIs and reverse ETL for real-time and batch data processing. Identify data sources, Build data mappings, and transformational logic between systems to enable migrations of data. Ensure high data quality and adherence to data privacy and security guidelines. Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and tools to enhance the capabilities of the CDP , build efficient integration to consume and provide data to 3rd party Platforms. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering and data-intensive applications. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python. 1-2 years of Experience Implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment, Rudderstack, Hitouch or mParticle. Nice to have Experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Hadoop, or Spark. Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and solid understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS environments. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like product owners, technologies teams and marketing partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
