Expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit and data transformation processes. SAP ME & S/4HANA Team Lead, manager experience a greenfield implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance at three additional manufacturing sites. SAP's standard Migration Cockpit for migration activities, with a focus on scalability and error predictability Lead the data transformation, cleansing, and loading processes. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a history of l eading successful data migration efforts. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in high-pressure client environments. Project Overview: Objective: Enhance SAP ME & S/4HANA-based operational processes to scale prototype production to 3 Jobs Per Hour (3JPH) at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and execute a greenfield implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance at three additional manufacturing sites. - Lead Mockload 1, Mockload 2, and the final productive data migration, ensuring timely and successful data transfers. - Provide clear, timely guidance and load templates to the business for their data preparation activities. Role Description: As the SAP Data Migration Lead, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on l eadership for the migration of data within the SAP S/4HANA and ME transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement a sustainable, scalable, and reusable data migration strategy. - Leverage SAP's standard Migration Cockpit for migration activities, with a focus on scalability and error predictability. - Assess and define individual migration approaches for each data object, based on the object list provided. - Lead the data transformation, cleansing, and loading processes. Collaboration: - Facilitate workshops with functional workstreams to define detailed migration requirements and approaches. - Coach and guide the business in extracting, cleansing, and transforming legacy data. - Collaborate with functional leads , Zoox BizApps team members, and a Nearshore Romanian data migration resource to ensure seamless execution of the migration. Organized and transparent in tracking progress, and capable of reporting the status of activities clearly to the project team. - Flexibility to work during critical project periods (e.g., mock loads and production cutover) and a proactive approach to prevent avoidable extra hours. - Accountability for the successful completion of the data migration at Zoox 3JPH.
