Position : Senior Programmer Analyst Location : Skokie, IL Hybrid Duration: 6 months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: Physician Recruiter Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians Use boots on the ground/grassroots sourcing methods in addition to utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other sourcing methods to identify candidates Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and medical leadership teams Partner with department heads, hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to key stakeholders Physician Recruiter Requirements: Proven experience in Physician Recruiting, Ophthalmologists is a plus! Familiarity with credentialing and licensing requirements for physicians Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or recruitment events, as needed Thanks and Regards MD.
