The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience with HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), data conversion processes, SAP transport management, and will excel in communication, leadership, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive testing approach for the SAP deployment which includes Integrated Testing Cycle (ITC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing the technical tasks associated with mock cutovers. Oversee the execution of the overall testing approach and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices. Partner with workstream leaders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve issues and defects. Utilize HP ALM to track defects, test progress, and generate detailed reports. Lead and mentor testing team members, including workstream leads and lead users while providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure all testing activities are completed within project timelines and budget constraints. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of testing objectives and results. Develop and manage the technical cutover plan for the SAP deployment. Oversee data conversion processes in conjunction with the Master Data Conversion team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Manage transport activities with support of centralized IT team, including coordination and execution of changes in the SAP landscape. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure all technical activities align with project requirements. Monitor and resolve technical issues that arise during the cutover process. Lead and mentor the technical team, providing guidance and support throughout the deployment. Ensure all technical activities are completed on schedule and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of technical progress and issues. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience as a Testing Lead and Technical Cutover Lead in SAP deployments. In-depth knowledge of HP ALM and its functionalities. Strong knowledge of data conversion processes and SAP transport management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
