Ensure Change control for new features beingdeveloped2. Requirements Analysis: User RequirementDocumentation3. Development: Code development, Configuration4. Testing: Test case preparation & execution5. Deployment: Deployment of the tested code intoProduction Environment Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the productroadmap with new innovations. Supports Product Team in production & implementation ofWorkplace/Comms products. Oversee the provisioning / deployment of solutions.Provide technical consultation as needed throughout aproject deployment. Ensures implementations are standard, operationallyscalable and aligned to service strategy & direction. Ensures project processes are standard, scalable,transparent, relevant, communicated and documented. Analyse IoT data to extract meaningful insights andcontribute to data-driven decision-making. Develop data models and analytics strategies anddashboards to support IoT initiatives. Essential Skills: Skills: Experience in supporting Tulip software globally. 8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment. Should be able to build packages used for deployment. Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterpriseapplications. Desirable Skills: Technically experienced IT professional minimum of 8+years of experience with demonstrable technical backgroundrelated to engineering and technical project delivery. Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate withstakeholders (Both internal and Vendors) Broad experience of technical problem solving and consulting Proven ability to analyse data to identify trends for thepurposes of both cost reduction and service improvement. Technical experience in Tulip Software, Business Analysis.
