Your expertise will drive the enhancement of workflows, compliance tracking, performance data management, and overall operational efficiency. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that features and tools align with company goals and optimize flight attendant operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Insights and Analysis: Analyze complex operational data related to Flight Attendant performance, attendance, training records, and compliance. Identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities based on operational metrics. Apply predictive analytics to forecast staffing needs and advise on business impacts. 2. Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Power BI, Kibana, and UDH to analyze and visualize data for informed decision-making. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories for development and QA teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems enhance employee efficiency and align with company objectives. 4. Project Management: Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to prioritize and manage projects related to FA record management. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. 5. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management, presenting insights and actionable recommendations. Create visualizations to guide data-driven decisions regarding FA records management. 6. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and business strategies. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, enabling continuous system improvements. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline industry or with a focus on employee operational data. Proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Kibana, UDH). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical and business requirements. Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Zeplin. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Masters degree in a related field. Deep understanding of Flight Attendant records management (performance tracking, compliance, etc.). Certifications in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Certifications in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
