Local to WI PeopleSoft Analysis IV Location: Madison, WI (Mostly remote with occasional onsite days required) Duration: 3+ Months (open to extension) Interview Mode: Microsoft Teams Visa Requirements: No H1B & CPT Candidate MUST be a WI resident Key Responsibilities Develop reconciliation queries by GL Account Code, Fund, Appropriation, Operating Unit, & Department ID. Create monitoring queries and exception reporting. Potentially partner with the BI Team to use their front-end dashboard for presenting results. Update query training material and documentation for query standards. Review backlog of agency queries and evaluate current reconciliation methodologies. Work with STAR Finance Team, SCO, and agencies for business requirements. Required skills: (5+ years) Must have Financial Functional Understanding of system data (Not just technical) Must have an understanding of GL and KK reporting Must understand Multiple Setids Preferred skills: Experience with Query Performance Issues Experience with nVision Additional Information Many queries written around go-live were/are inefficient, incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or lacked understanding by the query writers.
