Limited W2 is possible, but the rate would need to come down to cover employer costs (ask for a quote). WORK ARRANGEMENT: Candidates need to be current residents of WI or are willing to relocate to Wisconsin (at their cost) at the start of the assignment (remaining in WI for the duration of the assignment). If candidates are current residents of WI (not relocation) they can be 100% remote in WI. If the candidate is a relocation, the DOC would expect the resource to be 100% onsite in Madison, WI. START / END: 02/24/2025 06/30/2025 with the possibility of extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (so while many/most jobs at the state could run multi-year, they all are capped to the current fiscal year to start).
