The candidate will work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions and integrate them with enterprise systems using Java.Key Responsibilities: AEM Development: Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows. Customize AEM to meet project requirements. Implement and manage authoring and publishing workflows. Java Development: Write clean, maintainable Java code for integrating backend services. Develop RESTful APIs to support AEM implementations. System Integration: Integrate AEM with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, and other content platforms). Work on data exchange between AEM and external systems using APIs and connectors. Performance Optimization: Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of AEM implementations. Debug and resolve application performance issues. Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in agile team activities, including daily standups and sprint reviews. Testing and Documentation: Conduct unit testing and support QA teams during the testing phase. Document solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+ preferred). Proficient in Java and J2EE technologies. Knowledge of building custom AEM components, templates, and dialogs. Familiarity with OSGi frameworks and AEM Sling models. Experience with JCR/Apache Jackrabbit and HTL (Sightly). Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON. Preferred Skills: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Maven). Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Good communication and documentation skills. Experience: 5+ years of experience in AEM development. 3+ years of Java and backend development experience.
