The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and business acumen to implement, configure, and manage the SAP PS module effectively. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management processes and delivery. Responsibilities Configure and implement the SAP PS module to support business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Develop and customize SAP PS solutions, including structures (WBS, networks, milestones), budget management, and project planning. Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM) and third-party systems. Provide expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using SAP tools. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and reliability. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training guides. Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Support project go-live activities, stabilization, and ongoing system enhancements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP PS implementation and support (minimum [x] years). In-depth knowledge of SAP PS functionalities, including: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Project Planning Board Cost/Revenue Planning and Forecasting Budgeting and Control Resource Planning Time and Progress Tracking Reporting and Analysis Strong understanding of SAP integrations with FI/CO, MM, SD, and other modules. Hands-on experience with configuration, data migration, and SAP tools such as LSMW or BAPI. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. SAP PS certification (preferred). Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies (preferred). Key Skills: SAP PS Module Expertise Business Process Analysis Project Management Integration with SAP Modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) Testing and Debugging Stakeholder Communication Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or utilities). Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP Fiori or SAP Analytics Cloud.
