Role: Workday HCM/Payroll Consultant (17652-1) Location: Remote with 15-20% travel to client site (open to work in West Coast Time Zone) Duration: 12+ Months Must Have Skills Workday HCM 5+ Yrs of experience Payroll 5+ Yrs of experience Domain Experience (If any) Good to have retail domain experience Must have Certifications Yes, active Workday HCM Requirements: Workday HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to support the core HCM And Payroll workstreams for a retail customer undergoing a Phase 1 Workday deployment. Have been part of at least 2 end-to-end Workday deployments with a good understanding of customer side challenges and readiness for go-live. 4+ years Workday HCM and Payroll design, configuration, and testing experience. Workday Pro or Implementation Certification preferred in Workday HCM and Payroll Experience with payroll data conversion from legacy systems (AS400 Infor) Ideally also have a good understanding of Workday Absence, Time tracking and Payroll inputs (EIBs etc). Advanced Excel skills and understanding of Workday deployment methodology around Payroll parallel testing and cutover. Strong communications and organizational stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively manage change/escalations during a Workday deployment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Awaiting your quick response. Thanks! P.S.
