You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies.Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js and related libraries. Develop reusable components and integrate them into dynamic single-page applications (SPAs). Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Code Quality and Optimization: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and code inefficiencies. Provide support and resolve issues during UAT and post-production phases. Testing and Documentation: Perform unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Maintain thorough documentation of components, code changes, and workflows. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and trends. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance application scalability and maintainability.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.js, React Hooks, and Redux (or other state management libraries). Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. Experience in working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await). Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus. Experience with Next.js or other SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks. Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and browser rendering processes. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in front-end development or React.js frameworks are an added advantage.
