Job Title: Information Process Enabler
Location: Cincinnati, OH (TCS)

Job Description:
We are looking for an Information Process Enabler to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with high accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while resolving customer concerns.
Ensure accurate documentation of call details and follow-ups.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Desirable Skills:
Phone etiquette and professionalism during calls.
Basic customer relationship management (CRM) knowledge is a plus.
