This role is a 12-month contract position and focuses on managing data elements, enforcing governance policies, and maintaining the MS Dynamics system. Key Responsibilities: Maintain CRM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Develop and update the CRM data dictionary with standards and definitions. Implement and enforce data governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies promptly. Support CRM data integration projects and align with organizational standards. Assist in report and dashboard creation for business insights.
