In this role you will write code that will run on both iOS and Android mobile apps. This is an exciting backend development opportunity. You will work with a proprietary JavaScript framework and contribute to its continuous growth. You will work with iOS, Android, and Rust developers to create solutions that are robust and dynamic. Education Requirements: BS in Computer Science Qualifications: - 5+ years with JavaScript - 4+ years designing backend systems using a JavaScript based framework, such as Node.js - 3+ years with TypeScript and TypeScript compiler - 3+ years using REST APIs - 2+ years with ES2020 APIs - 2+ years writing Polyfills - 2+ years with JSON serialization and deserialization techniques - 2+ years using Git version control system - 2+ years with WebSockets - 1+ years with File System APIs - Experience with MQTT implementations - Experience with Bluetooth LE Mobile APIs Attributes: - Works well with others - Able to mentor and give direction to junior developers - Comfortable working with a remote and global development team - Good verbal and written communication - Eager to learn and be challenged - Able to pivot and assess new tasks quickly Responsibilities: - Define an API an architecture to interface with Native (iOS and Android) Networking and File System APIs. - Design a system and classes to interface with an AWS Cloud API - Write code to support a new and legacy Cloud API - Assign tasks to junior developers - Manage code reviews Thanks & Regards...
