The candidate will join a lean diverse global Enterprise Architecture team committed to fostering a culture where individuals from various backgrounds and experiences can thrive. The ideal candidate brings knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps principles and values; experiences in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables. Candidate must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be able to resolve issues and interdependencies across organizations. Primary responsibilities: Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance. Driving the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy. Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in New York and more broadly. Driving the long-term evolution of the IT estate in support of the high-level business strategy. Governance and oversight of architecture activities. Championing the adoption of architecture practices. Architecture thought leadership. Fostering Architecture community across the Firm and Divisions. Required Skills: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large technology organizations. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models such as TOGAF. Strategic thinker; able to structure and deliver on complex multi-year programmes. Experience working and influencing the designs of senior architects and senior technology leaders. Experience with large-scale architecture transformation projects, e.g. integration of acquisitions, Cloud migration, geographic migrations, modernization initiatives. Hands-on experience architecting technology solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries. Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications. Experience with cybersecurity, resilience and/or GenAI desirable.
