Program Planning and Strategy: * Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define the program's strategic objectives and align them with organizational goals. * Create and communicate a clear vision for the software development program. 2. Team Leadership: * Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other supporting roles. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. * Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development. 3. Project Execution: * Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Ensure that projects are executed according to industry best practices and quality standards. * Creating and managing Budgets 4. Stakeholder Management: * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes. * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. * Proactively address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations. 5. Resource Management: * Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements. * Work with resource managers to ensure the availability of skilled team members. * Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for additional resources when necessary. 6. Quality Assurance: * Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain effective testing processes. * Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and are thoroughly tested before release. 7. Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development life cycle. * Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process. Skills * Proven experience in program management within the software development industry. * Experience in Agile tools is preferred. (JIRA, Confluence, Agile Craft) * Experience in Web and mobile development and cloud migration projects * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. * Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. * Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
