Job Title: M365/Copilot Engineer Location : New York City, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) Visa Status: USC, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD, TN About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled M365/Copilot Engineer to join our team for a hybrid role in New York City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Azure, and DevOps, as well as strong knowledge of automation tools. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration platforms, managing cloud solutions, and ensuring that security and compliance standards are met. Responsibilities: Enhance collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 applications to improve team productivity and collaboration. Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure and applications. Implement and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot to enable AI-driven productivity enhancements across the organization. Develop automation solutions using DevOps practices and Azure DevOps pipelines to streamline business processes and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs, design solutions, and implement best practices for cloud-based tools. Ensure that all cloud solutions are compliant with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 environments and collaborate with other teams to find solutions to complex technical problems. Provide technical leadership and training to end-users, helping them to maximize their use of M365 tools and cloud technologies. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud solutions, configurations, and workflows. Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite of products (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.). Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and AI-driven solutions. Proficient in Azure (Azure AD, Security, Compliance), Azure DevOps, and cloud automation tools. Solid experience with DevOps principles and tools (CI/CD pipelines, automation, etc.). In-depth understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or DevOps are a plus. Experience in enterprise-level environments and large-scale deployments.
