Collaborate with service developers and stakeholders to define and refine service requirements. Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles in service design. Leverage Swagger for API documentation and testing. Utilize REST client frameworks for efficient service consumption. Develop and maintain high-quality code with thorough unit testing (JUnit) and integration testing (Postman, SOAPUI). Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the overall design and architecture of the web services ecosystem. Proactively identify and propose solutions to technical challenges. Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration of services. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java 17 In-depth experience with Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring JPA Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful Web Services Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and SOA Experience with application servers like Tomcat Proficiency in SQL Server Experience with Git for version control Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with testing frameworks: JUnit, Postman, SOAPUI Experience with Swagger for API documentation Preferred Skills: Prior experience working with a CMS platform Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Logistics: Onsite presence required 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in Atlanta, GA. Remote work on Fridays. Candidates local to Atlanta are highly preferred. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates (maximum 2 weeks relocation window).
