Analyze and Troubleshoot issues related to Backlog Management and Planning/Demand management cloud. Perform Configurations in Oracle planning cloud environment as required Participate in User Acceptance and Training workshops. Coordinating with the technical team for custom reports development and engagements with movement from Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Planning Cloud. Coordinating with the team, attending meetings, and reporting to the manager. Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share their issues/discussions. Delivering solutions to clients within the timeframe Supporting business users daily issues Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and Functional Testing as required Positive attitude to resolve problems and ability to work odd hours to support the business. Conduct and Support Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
