POSITION TITLE: Sr Salesforce Developer OFFICE LOCATION: Location: Arizona must be local USC/GC/H4 EAD ONLY Yes, 1st preference locals REMOTE WORK COMMENTS: Must be available during normal working hours in MST (AZ time) DURATION: 6+ months contract to hire MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Technology or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years total experience developing object-oriented, database-backed web applications Minimum 5 years developing for the Salesforce platform MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Comes from a SOX Compliance Environment Lighing Experience Polished Long term projects/no job hopping Eager to learn/humble Great Communication Local to AZ POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Salesforce Developer develops, configures, tests, and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software and configurations on the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Companys application software environment, regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmer/analysts and is responsible for leading application development projects of a very high complexity. PROJECT INFORMATION: This position will be working on our Sales and Service projects PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain any aspect of our highly customized Salesforce platform Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop features Participate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizations. Mentor and guide more junior members of the team.
