5+ years IVR and Conversational design experience.

3+ years designing in AWS and other Cloud platforms

AWS connect, Lex, Cloud solutioning

3+ years designing IVR in cloud platforms such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.

5+ years of NLU, ASR and/or AI experience

Speech Recognition and AI integration tools such as Google dialog Flow, Amazon Lex & Polly, IBM Watson

IVR development tools, such as Voiceflow

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designers will be responsible for redesigning and building IVR and conversational self service experiences on USAAs new cloud platform in support of USAAs modernization strategic goals. 

Designers will work closely with the IVR digital product and technical teams to help facilitate the designs to meet project goals.

What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role

Create and design IVR self service experiences. 

Create IVR designs that route callers to an MSR quickly and efficiently. 

Recommend new IVR experiences and digital experiences in the strategic platform that help drive benefits for USAA.

Looking for Designers with experience in building IVR designs in AWS and other IVR cloud providers (i.e Google and Microsoft) Experience in AWS is required.

Experienced IVR designer to develop and optimize cloud based IVR solutions that enhance our members experience. 

The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms (i.e AWS Connect, Google Dialog flow, Genesys Cloud) voice user interface design, conversational design and speech recognition technologies.

UX (user experience) designers are responsible for improving the user's experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable.

This typically applies to computer hardware or software.

A portfolio of previous work may be necessary to be hired for this position, and UX designers work with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine changes and preferences in the market. 

UX designers may design and create wireframes for products, as well as develop and test prototypes, and actual end-users are often used to determine whether a product can be used as intended. 

After testing is complete, modifications should be introduced and more testing will be carried out until the product reaches its best form. 

Much of this work is done on teams, though there are also individual responsibilities which include meeting time-constraints. 

After the product has been introduced to the market, it must then be evaluated for success and feedback from customers, and modifications may be made for future editions. Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD and CSS is necessary for this position, and a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a computer-related field is generally required, though experience may be substituted for education in some cases. X designers typically work full-time in an office, though some work on a freelance basis.
