Strong #Network_engg exp in Field Operations with workflow experience in #ITSM modules of ServiceNow. Developing automation for ServiceNow Flows for regression suite Expertise in #Telecom_Surveillance and #Alarm_Testing Expertise in #Telecom_Ticket_dispatching and #Monitoring Understanding on Outage Issue tracking (Ticket ) and maintenance knowledge Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures. Hands-on experience with JIRA Strong analytical skill to analyze data
