Role: Sitecore Technical Lead Location: Shelton, CT Duration: 6+ months Job description: Extensive experience with Sitecore XP/Experience Platform and Sitecore 10+ (including Helix principles). Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap). Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Sitecore Managed Cloud. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with Sitecore Commerce and personalization strategies is a plus. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Sitecore solutions. Provide hands-on coding and architecture guidance for Sitecore-based projects. Define and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. 2. Development & Implementation Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Sitecore applications. Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as CRMs, analytics tools, and APIs. Optimize applications for speed, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Sitecore implementations. 3. Team Management Mentor and guide developers to ensure consistent skill development and performance improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative development culture within the team. 4. Project Management & Collaboration Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Act as the primary technical point of contact for all Sitecore-related projects. Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
